If you enter into an agreement with Munnie Trainingen or visit our website out of interest, we will process certain personal data about you. Munnie Trainingen naturally handles your personal data with the utmost care and complies with legislation and regulations in the field of personal data protection, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This privacy statement explains how Munnie Trainingen handles your information, as referred to in the GDPR. Munnie Trainingen can change this privacy statement at any time. The changes will be published on the Munnie Trainingen website. It is therefore wise to consult this privacy statement regularly, so that you are aware of any changes.

 

Which data is processed by Munnie Trainingen?

When concluding an agreement with Munnie Trainingen, we will in any case process your name, address, place of residence, telephone number, e-mail address, bank account number, gender and date of birth. In addition, we keep track of the type of subscription, route you have and which extras you may purchase. We also process information about your financial status at Munnie Trainingen (services and products purchased and whether they have been paid). In order to be able to guide you properly, we process the indoor and outdoor training and coaching program tailor-made for you and the nutritional advice provided to you. Furthermore, we process, of course only with your permission, information that you voluntarily provided during the intake and during the term of the agreement about your family situation, sports and hobbies, lifestyle and health (such as height, (changing) data about weight, blood pressure, medical complaints, injuries, medication use, BMI and body fat percentage) and data about (the progress) of your indoor and outdoor training program, mental coaching sessions and chosen nutrition. You may withdraw your consent to the processing of this data at any time.

 

For what purpose does Munnie Training process your data?

We process your data in order to be able to provide you with the services of Munnie Trainingen in an adequate manner and to be able to contact you if, for example, a training/assignment has to be rescheduled. In addition, we process the (health) data you provide to help you achieve your (sports) goals. We also use your data to process and answer questions and complaints and to prepare, send and collect invoices.

 

On which legal basis does Munnie Training process your data?

We process personal data based on the following legal grounds: your consent, which can be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent before the withdrawal; execution of or with a view to concluding an agreement for the provision of Munnie Trainingen services, a legitimate interest, such as the use of contact details to invite you to a meeting (such as a workshop or seminar)

 

How long does Munnie Training keep your data?

We store your data insofar as this is necessary for the realization of the purposes for which we process your data and for no longer than permitted by law. The final retention period differs per type of personal data. If you have concluded an agreement with Munnie Trainingen, we will in any case store your data for the duration of the term of the agreement. After the retention period, your personal data will be anonymized or deleted.

Munnie Trainingen provides appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect the personal data against loss, destruction or damage, unauthorized access or any other form of unlawful processing of your personal data. Munnie Trainingen can engage service providers (processors) for the processing of personal data, who process personal data exclusively in accordance with Munnie Trainingen's instructions. Munnie Trainingen concludes a processing agreement with processors that meets the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Munnie Training ensures a secure IT environment.

Munnie Trainingen shares personal data with third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the agreement or for compliance with a legal obligation. Munnie Trainingen may be required by law or regulation to process your personal data and/or provide it to third parties. For example, when a competent authority such as the police requests this in the context of a criminal investigation. Munnie Trainingen does not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes.
